Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Host live video sales sessions
  • Model clothing and accessories
  • Engage with viewers about the brand and products
  • Collaborate with the production team

Location: The Polaris Textile City, Parvat Patiya, Surat – Gujarat

💬 Online Sales Executive (Female)

Work Type: Remote / Work from Home

Role: Customer communication via social media, WhatsApp, and website enquiries

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Malayalam and English
  • Hindi knowledge is an added advantage (not mandatory)
  • Thorough knowledge of fashion is highly preferred
  • Should have a quiet home environment and stable internet
  • Must be punctual and adhere to login/logout times
  • Should maintain a polite, professional tone at all times
  • Training will be provided

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage online customer conversations via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat
  • Update order statuses in the order tracking system and inform customers promptly
  • Take and confirm customer orders accurately through chats
  • Coordinate regularly with the reporting manager for queries or escalations
  • Maintain daily login/logout decorum and follow reporting schedules
  • Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions when scheduled
  • Provide excellent, friendly, and respectful customer support
  • Take responsibility for any job-related additional tasks assigned remotely
